🔔 🎄 Festive Hours/Order Dates: Last Order dates in time for Christmas is Monday 16th December. Orders will be taken and despatched after this date but I cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. ❄️☃️

I will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day but available as usual in between. Thank you, Doris.

Orders are accepted and dispatched to UK mainland addresses only via this website. If you reside outside these areas, please contact me directly for a shipping quote and timescales.

Depending on order size, your items will be despatched via Royal Mail or Courier.

UPDATED 08.04.24: There is a flat rate charge of £1.99 per order with FREE DELIVERY if your order totals £15 or over. (This has increased slightly due to external postage cost rises)

Orders are usually processed and despatched within 7 days of being placed. Sorry I do not process orders or deliver on public/bank holidays or periods of business shutdown (Christmas week etc) but will always endeavour to advertise and where necessary to contact you to let you know if a delay will be likely.

Notification of errors
Please check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. In the unlikely event you believe item(s) have been sent to you in error, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

RETURNS POLICY
CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the listing description, you can return it for a refund, but please get in touch first. Returns cannot be accepted if you change your mind and want to send it back. Bespoke and custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless due to manufacturing fault or defect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
