- How Do I Place An Order?

To order, just go to Shop and Select item. Click on item for description and then Add to Cart and the system will guide you through the checkout process.

- How Can I Pay? Secure Ordering and Payment Options

Payments are processed by PayPal - you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment, you can choose to pay via any major debit or credit card including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX etc.

- Delivery Information & Postage Costs

Orders are dispatched to UK addresses only via this website. Depending on order size, your items will be despatched via Royal Mail or Courier. There is a flat rate per order charge of £1.99 with FREE DELIVERY if your order totals over £15.

We may be able to serve you outside of the UK, in which case please get in touch for a shipping quote.

- Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the listing description, you can return it for a refund, but please get in touch first.

- Where are you Located, Can I Visit?

My business is online based so please purchase from this website. If you are local to Deeside, Flintshire you can arrange to collect items purchased if you prefer or need them in a hurry.

I also have a stall at Ellesmere Port Market where you can find me every Sunday from 8am-12pm
